Bel Colle

Belle Colle Park is located in Rungsted in an attractive residential area distinguished by fine older villas in bucolic surroundings.

Mature vegetation characterizes the rolling site, with beautiful solitary trees and bushes as well as more forest-like groupings.

The project consists of nine two-storey duplexes, placed along a curving access road on the north side of the park, so that all the units have views over the untouched landscape to the southeast.

The architectural expression of calm masonry facades and overhanging zink roofs is refined and quiet, deferring to the larger landscape motive.
