Tuborg South

The project is plan for the development of the southern section of the Tuborg Brewery industrial site into a residential quarter of approximately 330 apartments.

The new development consists of a series of housing enclaves in a landscape of terrain formations forming a recreational tidal meadow.

Strong variations in building heights strengthen the experience of the prominent position on the coast. An architectural language of projections, cantilevers, and staggered elements creates a natural, sculptural impression.

A tower occupies the point furthest out in the Øresund, punctuating the composition and meeting the sea with a landmark visible from near and far.

Newly established traffic patterns eliminate thru-traffic while parking is located under landscaped terrain formations.

The urban plan has been utilized to created the local district plan.
