Charlotte Gardens Service Centre

The Charlotte Gardens service centre contains a fitness centre, café, conference facilities, day care, and 44 furnished hotel apartments intended for shorter rental periods.

The service centre is housed in a long rectangular single storey volume over which two 8 storey towers rise, containing hotel apartments.

The inspiration and materials of the first phase are carried over to the second, unifying the entire complex in material and expression around the green courtyard.
